Most med spas lead with the treatment. Hailo now leads with the problem.

Project description
Most med spa websites are organized like a menu: Botox, Morpheus8, PRP, IPL. That works for patients who already know the vocabulary, and loses everyone else. Hailo’s old site made it worse, with dense blocks of text and a structure that was hard to follow, which meant a practice with 25+ years of clinical experience and a full roster of regenerative and wellness treatments wasn’t converting the people it should have. The insight that shaped the rebuild was simple. Patients rarely know which treatment they need, but they always know what’s bothering them. The strategy was to lead with the problem and let the site do the matchmaking.
We redesigned and rebuilt the site around that shift. A dedicated “not sure where to start” section lets visitors begin with what they notice (wrinkles, volume loss, stubborn fat, low energy) and lands them on the right treatments within five clear service categories. Long-form copy was cut into scannable, answer-first sections, proof points like ratings, provider credentials, and before-and-afters sit where decisions get made, and every path ends in a consultation. The result is a site that meets patients where they are, not where the treatment list starts.
