One practice, many audiences, and a site that walks each one to the right door.

Project description

Reaching out for help is already the hardest step. A website that makes people dig for whether a practice is even right for them gives them an easy reason to close the tab. Valiance had that problem twice over: an outdated brand that read as neither professional nor approachable, and a client base that spans children, adolescents, emerging adults, and young professionals, plus the parents searching on their behalf. Each group arrives with a different question, and the old site answered none of them clearly. The strategy was to treat the website as the first conversation of care, with structure doing the work a good intake call would.

We refreshed the identity and built a new Webflow site around that idea. The brand moved toward a warmer, more modern presence that still signals clinical credibility, so the practice feels like somewhere you’d actually want to go. On the site, navigation is organized around who you are and what you’re looking for, with clear paths that separate counseling from coaching and route each audience to the information it needs without wading through everyone else’s. Copy is plain, layouts are calm, and every page points toward a next step. The result is a practice that’s easy to understand at a glance, no matter who’s doing the looking.
